LEADERSHIP FOR TEAMS

This four-phase process is for leaders who recognize their need to rise to new levels of effectiveness. The phases include assessment of leadership competencies, five days of intensive learning, a long-term Leadership Development Plan and plenty of coaching and feedback.

 

 

Who Should Attend?
Leaders willing to engage in a learning process involving approximately 90 contact hours over the course of the four phases described above. Intact work teams are the preferred audience for this process. Accordingly, this course becomes part of a long-term strategy for developing of the workforce as well as the organization.
