LEADERSHIP FOR INDIVIDUALS

This is an introduction to leadership concepts and skills. Participants will focus on principle-centered leadership and how those principles are advanced through awareness and practice of integrity-based interpersonal skills. And since leadership is always about choices, you'll learn a decision-making process you can use immediately.
